Groveat Creek Beach

Grove at Creek Beach is a multi-tower residential development by Emaar Properties forming part of the Creek Beach precinct within Dubai Creek Harbour, Emaar's 6 square kilometre waterfront community along Dubai Creek. The project comprises five low-to-mid-rise towers — designated 3B1 through 3B5 — containing a combined 262 apartments, including nine penthouses distributed across buildings 3B2, 3B3, and 3B4. Residences span one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments alongside four-bedroom penthouses, with unit sizes ranging from approximately 711 square feet for a one-bedroom home up to around 1,778 square feet for a three-bedroom apartment; penthouses occupy the upper floors of selected towers. A notable attribute of the project is its proximity to the beachfront: the towers are positioned approximately 164 feet from the shoreline and residents enjoy direct access to a 2,296-foot beach — the closest beach position within the Creek Beach district. The development faces toward Dubai Creek Marina and the wider creek landscape, with views of the city skyline available from upper floors. Communal facilities include an adult swimming pool, children's pool, fully equipped gym, outdoor play area, and a residents' entertainment room, with 24-hour security and CCTV across the complex. The broader Creek Beach precinct adds lifestyle infrastructure including a boutique Vida Hotel, al fresco dining, social hubs, a pedestrian-friendly plaza, and retail outlets. Handover is scheduled for June 2025, and the development is positioned within a masterplan that also encompasses the site of The Tower — Emaar's planned landmark structure along the Creek.
